The Pre-Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) will be administered on October 7, 2025. The PSAT is an assessment administered by the College Board and is designed to provide students with the opportunity to practice for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). The SAT is an assessment used for college admissions. The PSAT also provides students and schools with valuable information regarding a student’s readiness for higher level classes, including Advanced Placement course work.
Students will register for the PSAT using Total Registration Online (TRO). The TRO link to register for the PSAT ( https://user.totalregistration.net/PSAT/210230 )will be located on each high school’s webpage and will open on August 27, 2025. Students must register to take the PSAT at the school in which they attend.
The cost to take the 2025 PSAT will be $20.00. Any student eligible for free or reduced meals may take the test at no cost; simply register through TRO and complete the fee waiver designation information.
Registration for the test will close on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Please note that testing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
